环保·极低噪音冷却塔是由双良公司与上海交通大学联合研制开发的新一代冷塔系列产品，标准测点的噪音值低于国家标准GB7190.1-97规定的超低噪声冷却塔噪3~5分贝。热力性能符合国家标准规定。
1、电机：采用全封闭直轴冷却塔专用电机，具有转动平稳，噪声低，效率高等优点。
2、风机：采用上海交大设计的高效极低噪声冷却塔专用风机。
3、填料：选用新型高效填料，材质为全新PVC工程塑料，经热塑加压成压，交错排列。填料亲水性好，强度高，风阻小，从而降低了风机耗能，提高冷却效果。
4、积水盘：积水盘上加装特制的的吸声垫，大幅度降低了淋水噪声。
5、收水器：安装在塔体顶部，降低了飘水损失，同时也起到了隔声效果。
6、175T以上的冷却塔采用模块化结构组合，开机灵活，节约能源。
7、塔体：围板采用玻璃钢，表面采用高级彩色进口胶衣，外观光洁明亮，具有耐腐蚀，不易老化，不易褪色等特点。
          The environmental-friendly and extremely low-noise cooling tower is a new-generation cooling tower serial product jointly developed by Shuangliang Group and Shanghai Jiaotong University. The noise level of the product in the standard testing is 3-5db lower than that of super-low noise cooling towers in the state standard GB7190,1-97 regulation, and the thermal dynamic performance meets the state standard regulation.
1.Electrical motor: The motor adopts fully-closed straight-axis motor specially for cooling towers, and possesses .such virtues as steady running, low noise and high efficiency.
2. Blower fan: The blower fan adopts high –efficiency and extremely low-noise blower fan for a special use in cooling towers designed by Shanghai Jiaotong University.
3. Fillings: The fillings is new-styled high-efficiency fillings, and the material of the fillings is new PVC engineering plastics, and is shaped through hot plastic pressurization and interlaced. The fillings has good water saturation, high intensity and low windage resistance, as a result, the energy consumption of blower fan is reduced and the effect of cooling is improved.
4. Water collector: The noise-absorbing cushion specially made for water collector substantially reduces the noise in water pouring.
5. Water decanier: Installing water collector at the top of tower reduces the loss of drifting water, produces an effect of sound isolation at the same time.
6. Cooling tower above 175T is of module structure combination, is easy to start up and to conserve energy.
Tower: The boarding.of tower body is made of made of quality glass reinforced plastics, and the surface of the boarding is of advanced colourful imported gel coats, carrying with characters such as corrosion-resistance, degradation-resistance and not easily colour-fading.
