1.塔体
“双良牌”玻璃钢冷却塔是由上、中、下塔体和进风窗组成，其塔体选用优质玻璃钢原料精工制作，塔体表面采用高级彩色胶衣树脂粘结，具有耐腐蚀，不易老化，不易褪色，外观光洁明亮，使用寿命长等特点。
2.风机
风机为机械通风冷却塔的关键部件，“双良牌”玻璃钢冷却塔所配用的风机由上海交通大学设计，风机叶片采用硬质铝合金板制成，叶形美，效率高，噪声低、风量大，风速均匀。
3.电机
风机的电机采用户外立式冷塔专用电机，具有效率高、耗电省、防水性能好等特点。
我公司生产的玻璃钢冷却塔，冷却水量在150T/h以上的冷却塔均配用减速器，超低噪声型冷却塔采用皮带传动减速器，皮带为进口皮带。运转平衡、噪声低、振动小，使用寿命长。
4.配水系统
圆形塔用旋转式配水系统，旋转装置采用尼龙和磷青铜等防腐、耐磨优质材料组成，旋转灵活，布水管采用玻璃钢挤拉管，使用寿命长，倍受用户欢迎。
5.填料
填料是冷却塔进行冷热交换的重要部件，与冷却效果密切相关。“双良牌”玻璃钢冷却塔均选用新型高效填料，填料亲水性好，有利于水滴的再分配，风阻小，强度高，耐温性强。
6.钢结构件
冷却塔的钢结构件部分选用优质钢材组成，制作坚固平衡，支承强度高，并经过热镀锌处理，从而增强了防腐，防锈性能。 |

1.Tower body
Glass reinforced plastics cooling tower of Shuangliang brand is assembled by upper, middle and lower tower body and air inlet louver. Tower body is fabricated delicately with high quality glass reinforced plastics and proficient resin coat is applied to form a smooth surface, which integrate with anti-corrosion, lowest aging, lowest fading, bright appearance and long services life.
2.Fan
Fan is one of key components of mechanical ventilation cooling tower. Designed by Shuanghai Jiaotong University and applying hard aluminium alloy for blades, the fan of Shuangliang brand cooling tower is characterized by artistic shape of blade, high efficiency, low noise, large air volume and uniform air velocity.
3.Motor
Motor of fan applied is special for outdoor vertical type cooling tower with the merits of high efficiency, electricity-savings, good waterproof performance etc. For cooling water flowrate over 105T/h, Shuangliang cooling tower is equipped with speed reducer. For super low series, belt is used instead of gear for transmission. The belt is imported and characterized by stable operation, low noise, little vibration and long service life.
4.Water distribution system
Squire type cooling tower applies fixed water distribution, which is composed of high quality seamless tubes. Water distribution system uses nozzles with structure of three-layer dispersion to realize water distribution through three dispersion basins with different diameter respectively, which makes uniform water distribution, small water drop and effective cooling effect.
5.Filling
Filling is an important part of cooling tower for cold and heat exchange and closely related to cooling effect. Shuangliang brand cooling tower utilizes new type high efficiency filling with good hydrophilicity, which is beneficial to redistribution of water drop and contributes to little air resistance, high strength and good temperature-resistant ability.
6.Steel structural parts
Steel structural part are made of high quality steel materials with characteristics of sturdy fabrication and high supporting strength and then phosphorized and painted. Therefore, the performanee of anti-corrosion and anti-rust are improved dramatically.
